We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and cash-on-delivery (for local orders within Singapore only).

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your location. For local deliveries within the Singapore, delivery is usually completed within 3 working days.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or if there is an item missing, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Please have the following details on hand:
– Image of Item/Parcel(s) received
– Name of Item
– Order Number

If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, a refund or credit voucher will be issued to you.

For approved refunds, we may provide a refund in a form of credit voucher or via the original payment method. Refund by payment method may take up to 14 working days.
